Types of Impotence


Many people are suffering from erectile dysfunction or impotence. Mostly cases ( of Impotence or erectile dysfunction) happen after 35 age after. But you should always remember when dealing with impotence treatment is a curable aliment. Proper advice and treatment should always be discussed with a competent physician. When people are suffering from erectile dysfunction must always consult a specialist or your family doctor.

There are specific types of Impotence are:

1.Venogenic: - This type of impotence occurs, when man’s veins of the penis leak blood and prevent the formation of a hard erection. These symptom accounts for over half of all impotence cases.

2.Diabetic: - when people suffer diabetic problem. Commonly Impotence is experienced by diabetic person and around 50% all diabetic s are impotent.

3.Neurogenic :- The nerve supply to the man’s penis is very delicate tissue and a good conduction of impulses. And many other things also affect the nerve of the penis such as pelvic, perinial trauma etc.

4.Psychogenic: - Psychogenic factor happen when person unable or inability to make an erection.

5.Arteriogenic: - when the arteries supplying blood directly to the penis do not bring is enough blood, which is needed to make an erection. This type is common to elderly person, diabetics, bicycle rider and those with high –blood pressure problem.

6.Hormonal: - Hormonal type happens when there is a prevailing imbalance of testosterone and estrogen in the person blood.
